No. The QR payload is assembled and encoded in your browser. The generator does not send the text, URL, Wi-Fi password, contact details, or event data to a QR service, and it does not save the payload in localStorage. Treat downloaded files and the screen or clipboard as sensitive if the QR contains private information.

A QR code can look correct while still containing a wrong URL, phone number, Wi-Fi password, or event time. Scan the downloaded file with more than one camera or scanner app, test it from the expected distance and lighting, and verify the destination before printing or distributing it.

Usually, when the dark modules have strong contrast against a light background and the code has enough quiet-zone margin. Avoid low-contrast colors, busy backgrounds, excessive logo size, and insufficient resolution. A vector SVG is often the safest choice for print production.

Yes. Upload a logo image and it is drawn into the centre of the code in your browser. Keep the logo small (roughly 20% of the code width) and use a higher error-correction level so scanners can still read the code with part of the pattern covered.

Error correction adds redundant data so a code still scans when partly damaged or covered. Level L recovers about 7%, M about 15%, Q about 25%, and H about 30%. Use M for most cases, and Q or H when you add a logo or print on a surface that may scuff.

No. The encoding runs entirely in your browser using local JavaScript, so the URL, Wi-Fi password, or contact details you enter never leave your device. You can confirm this by opening your browser DevTools Network tab while generating a code — no requests carry your data.
