Copyright & DMCA Policy
How to report infringement — and how we protect the original work on this site.
In short: the written guides, FAQs, tool implementations, and design on ToolsSonic.com are our original work. If you believe we have infringed your copyright, tell us using the process below and we will act promptly. If someone has copied our content, we use the same process against them.
Our content
Every tool page on ToolsSonic.com contains original material: the tool implementation itself, the written explanations and guides, the frequently-asked-questions sets, the examples, and the visual design. This material is protected by copyright and is not licensed for republication.
You are welcome to use the tools and their output freely, including commercially, and to link to any page. You may not copy our written content, FAQs, guides, or code onto another website, or present them as your own.
Reporting infringement of your work
If you own copyright in material that you believe appears on ToolsSonic.com without authorisation, send a written notice to admin@toolssonic.com with the subject line "Copyright notice". To be actionable, your notice should include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on ToolsSonic.com where the material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review every notice we receive. Where a claim is valid we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and confirm the outcome to you.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, and your signature.
Reporting a site that has copied us
If you notice a site republishing ToolsSonic.com guides, FAQs, or tool code, we would be grateful if you told us at admin@toolssonic.com. A link to the offending page is enough.
Repeat infringers
We do not host user-generated content — the tools run in your browser and nothing you create is stored on our servers — so there are no user accounts to terminate. Any material found to infringe is removed at source.
