2. The service

ToolsSonic.com provides free browser-based utilities for developers, writers, and technical users. The tools run client-side in your browser. No account is required, and none is offered.

The courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service — except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
